Scratch Builder Monthly April 2023 is a supplement written and published by MJ Hobby Corner for use with making cheap models, primarily for tabletop wargaming.
The supplement is available as a 62-page PDF from DriveThruRPG for $2.99. One page is the front cover, one the table of contents, one is the credits and one is an ad.
The Introduction is the same as it has been for the previous issues and explains that this is a new publication will build on videos for projects as well as some links.
Studio Re-modeling is an update on redoing both crafting studios.
The Sculpting Bench: Sculpting A deadly Fish For Deep Wars goes roughly through the process for modelling a fish from clay and foil for Deep Wars, though not step by step instructions.

Scratch Builder Monthly April 2023 in Review
The PDF lacks bookmarks and is long enough with enough different sections that these would have been useful. The table of contents covers the major sections. Navigation is okay. The text maintains a single column format and a variety of minor errors were noticed. There are a variety of photographs of tools, materials and projects in various stages of construction as well as finished. Presentation is good.
A couple of the projects are covered in enough detail that they can be used as instructions for making your own. The rest don’t go into that level of depth, so will primarily be useful for inspiration and tips on how to do things. The rest of the issue has various related matters.
