Defiled Shrine of Veles is a role playing game supplement written and published by Sandbox Plots for use with Shadowdark. Though not stated inside the adventure itself, this is an adventure for four level 3 characters.

Hooks and rumors has five rumours to get characters involved.
History gives some background to the dungeon, which was defiled by a powerful hag who then left her minions in charge. There are things that can be undone that will help and not everyone in the dungeon is there for the same reasons.
Random encounters has a d6 table of encounters, mostly things to see or hear.
Location of the Defiled Shrine of Veles explains that it’s in a swamp. The exterior locations of the shrine are covered first before the interior is done.
Developments covers what can happen after the shrine is restored, assuming it is.
Defiled Shrine of Veles in Review
The PDF lacks bookmarks and at this length doesn’t need them. Navigation is okay. The text maintains a two-column format and appeared to be free of errors. As well as the map, there is a single black and white illustration. Presentation is okay.
This is a simple enough small dungeon, with the usual assortment of foes, treasures and other things, though if the characters do restore the shrine, this will have knock-on effects, if the GM develops them further. Defiled Shrine of Veles can be found by clicking here.
