Ganconer (Love-Talker): A Creature for Vaesen by Graeme Davis is a role playing game supplement published by Free League Publishing through the Free League Workshop Community Content Programme for use with Vaesen – Nordic Horror Roleplaying.
The supplement is available as a four page Pay What You Want PDF from DriveThruRPG. One page is the front cover and one the credits and related material.
This follows the standard format for a vaesen. To start with, there is some flavour text about the creature, written by a famous British antiquarian, then a description of the vaesen. The ganconer is a human-sized fairy that looks like a very handsome mortal man, who haunts remote places and seduces mortals through talk of love, then fades away afterwards, leaving the human to pine, possibly to death. A ganconer always smokes a clay pipe, which could be a clue towards identifying one, though pipe-smoking is hardly unknown. They can also trick mortals to fall in love with others.
After this are details on the ganconer’s characteristics, conditions and combat, the ritual needed to repel them and their secret.
Finally, there are three sample conflicts, or adventure hooks, related to the ganconer’s abilities, which are therefore all to do with love in some way, and the after-effects of dealing with a ganconer.

The PDF is bookmarked with the major sections linked. Given the length, navigation is good. The text maintains a two-column format and appeared to be free of errors. There are a several old public domain illustrations. Presentation is okay.
Like other supplements by the author, this adds another new creature to the game. Again, this is one with a primarily Irish background, making it most suitable for Mythic Britain & Ireland, though that doesn’t mean it cannot be used elsewhere.
