#1 With a Bullet Point: 7 Feats For The Undead by Owen K.C. Stephens is a role playing game supplement published by Rogue Genius Games (originally Super Genius Games) for use with the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game. As such, it is covered by the Open Game License and some parts are considered to be Open Game Content as a result.
The supplement is available as a three-page PDF from DriveThruRPG for $1 but was purchased at a reduced price as part of a bundle. One page is the Open Game License and credits.
The first page has some standard text for the #1 With a Bullet Point range explaining the philosophy and what the supplements contain.
The High Concept explains that these feats are intended to augment undead, whether from Kingdom of Graves or elsewhere, and can be used as additional undead powers as well.
Disturbing Movement has the undead move in a jerky, unsettling way, rather reminiscent of some horror games and films.
Fulminate is the ability to explode. Moreover, if the remains aren’t found and destroyed, the undead will reform, making this rather less Pyrrhic.
Mist Walk is only for incorporeal and gaseous form undead and powerful ones at that, allowing them to travel between darkness and shadow.
Putrid Spray allows the undead to spray disease-ridden, undead-making pus around them when injured.
Shadow Minion allows the undead to send their shadow out as a minion.
Staggering Consequences causes certain types of damage to engulf the undead’s body and harm those around them.
Weapon Bind causes weapons to stick to the undead when hit.

The PDF lacks bookmarks and at this length doesn’t need them. Navigation is fine. The text maintains the old three-column landscape format used by Super Genius Games and appeared to be almost free of errors. There are a couple of pieces of stock art. Presentation is okay.
This is a decent collection of new options for undead and some of them are quite nasty, though Mist Walk both has a high HD requirement and can’t be used by anything solid; perhaps logical, but a bit limiting. #1 With a Bullet Point: 7 Feats For The Undead is a decent collection of undead feats and it can be found by clicking here.
