Wilderness Dressing: Ruins by John Bennett is a role playing game supplement published by Raging Swan Press for use with the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game. As such, it is covered by the Open Game License and some parts are considered to be Open Game Content as a result.
The supplement is available as a 14-page PDF from DriveThruRPG for $3.75 but was purchased at a reduced price as part of a special bundle. Two pages are the front and rear covers, one is an ad, three the front matter, Contents and Foreword and one the Open Game License. The PDF comes in two versions, one intended for print and high-end devices, one intended for low-end and mobile.
Table A: Small Ruins is a d100 list with 50 results, all of ruins of small size in a variety of types from fences to small buildings.
Table B: Large Ruins is another d100 list with 50 results, this time larger ruins, up to a mile or so in size.
Table C: Ruins Dressing is a d100 list of features for the ruins.
Haunts has half a dozen haunts to find in the ruins.
Wilderness Dressing: Ruins in Review
The PDF is bookmarked with the major sections linked. The Contents is to a similar level of depth and is hyperlinked. Navigation is decent. The text maintains a two-column format and appeared to be free of errors. There are some stock black and white illustrations. Presentation is decent.
Though this is aimed at Pathfinder, with the exception of Haunts there are very few stats, making it useful for most fantasy games, and there are results suitable for other settings as well. This is a collection of things that can be used to decorate the countryside, and add some details to the ruins, making it useful for background colour or perhaps more.
