Renegade in Review
The PDF lacks bookmarks and is long enough with enough different sections that these would have been useful. Navigation is okay. The text maintains a single column format and some minor errors were noticed. Bar the covers, there are no illustrations. Presentation is okay.
There are probably far too many NPC stats given; as most of these NPCs will be interacted with as combatants, just a few stats would have done. The adventure itself is fairly straightforward in presentation, but potential complications can make it much more convoluted and potentially require much more work from the GM.
