100% Crunch: Kobolds by Julian Neale is a role playing game supplement published by Raging Swan Press for use with the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game. As such, it is covered by the Open Game License and some of it is considered to be Open Game Content.
The supplement is available as a 19-page PDF from DriveThruRPG for $3.99 although it was purchased at a reduced price as part of a special bundle, with two pages being the front and rear covers, one an ad, one the front matter and Contents and one the Open Game License. The PDF comes in two versions, one intended for print and high-end devices, one intended for low-end and mobile.
About the Stat Blocks explains that the stat blocks are for use within and outside traditional kobold structure, as covered in the Bestiary, and explains which are relevant to the structure, although the GM is not constrained by this. It also lists the kobolds by CR with the page numbers given.
Kobolds gives details on kobolds, their environment, organisation and treasure, as well as details on creating kobold characters.
Most of the rest of the supplement is taken up by the stat blocks. covering from CR 1/4 to CR5. These range from ordinary kobolds to various kinds of different classes, both spellusing and not, including NPC and regular classes and even an undead.
Reading Stat Blocks is a standard page for the publisher explaining how to use these.
100% Crunch: Kobolds in Review
The PDF is bookmarked with the various major sections linked. The Contents is to a similar level of depth and is hyperlinked. Navigation is good. The text maintains a two-column format and appeared to be free of errors. There are some black and white stock illustrations. Presentation is decent.
As is typical for this range, this is just a collection of stat blocks to use as enemies, rather than NPCs with personality, though as usual the stat blocks could be used as the base for NPCs. There is a wide range of different kobolds that will provide variety in potential enemies. 100% Crunch: Kobolds is a useful collection and it can be found by clicking here.
