Sirens of Sea and Blood (Elemental Edition) by Michael Prescott is a role playing game supplement published by Gildor Games for use with Elemental. This adventure is adapted from the original system-neutral version and is and is CC-BY-NC 4.0 for the original and is CC-BY-NC 3.0 for the adapted parts.
The supplement is available for free from DriveThruRPG as a five-page PDF and a second, 13-page PDF.
The first PDF is the location itself, a series of caverns devoted to a dark goddess and inhabited by the sirens who occasionally leave in search of food.
The first page is a colour map of the location.
The second page has a black and white map of the location with descriptions of the various parts, arranged around the edges of the map.
The third page has a d6 table of encounters, details on the sirens, their knives, the statue of their goddess and how the sirens attempt to gain converts.
The fourth page has Elemental conversions for everything that needs stats.
The fifth page has a black and white players’ map of the cave.
The second PDF has six pre-generated Elemental characters, which are from a selection of characters that are used in these adventures.
Sirens of Sea and Blood (Elemental Edition) in Review
The primary PDF lacks bookmarks and, given its length, doesn’t need them. The secondary PDF has the characters linked. Navigation is good. The text maintains a four-column landscape format and appeared to be free of errors. There are two illustrations, which appear to be custom, and the map. Presentation is good.
This is one of a series of adventures that follow the same principle; take a non-commercial adventure, add stats to it and provide it for free for use with Elemental, meaning that more content is available for the system.
