Two pages are the front and rear covers, one is blank, three the front matter and Contents, one is ads and one is the Open Game License. The PDF comes in two versions, one intended for print and high-end devices, one intended for low-end and mobile.

Wererats of the Roach-Run Sewers in Review

The PDF is well bookmarked with everything except sidebars linked. The Contents is brief but is hyperlinked. Navigation is very good. The text maintains a two-column format and appeared to be free of error. There are a number of pieces of black and white stock art. Presentation is decent.

Compared to some of the similar Villains and Tribes offerings by Raging Swan Press, this one is a bit blander. There is no specific group covered in any great detail; mostly just some general wererat information and options which could be easily inserted into many different places, bit don’t stand out. The three Personas at the end provide much more detail on specific individuals, but the supplement as a whole doesn’t cover a tribe or group; more like a framework and tools for creating such.
