Urban Dressing: Borderland Town 2.0 (P1) by Josh Vogt is a role playing game supplement published by Raging Swan Press for use with the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game. As such, it is covered by the Open Game License and some parts are considered to be Open Game Content as a result.
The supplement is available as a 13-page PDF from DriveThruRPG for $3.75 but was purchased at a reduced price as part of a special bundle. Two pages are the front and rear covers, two are adds, one the front matter and Contents and one the Open Game License. The PDF comes in two versions, one optimised for print and high-end devices and the other for low end devices and mobile.
Borderland Town: Sights & Sounds is a d100 list of things to see in the town.
Borderland Town: Businesses is a d100 list with 50m results of businesses to encounter. Each is given a brief name, type of business and description.
Borderland Town: Folk of Interest is a d100 list with 50 results of NPCs to encounter. Each is named, has their alignment, sex, class, species and level given, as well as a short description.
Borderland Town: Adventure Hooks is a d100 list with 20 results of adventure hooks.
Urban Dressing: Borderland Town 2.0 (P1) in Review
The PDF is bookmarked with the various sections linked. The Contents is to a similar level of depth and is hyperlinked. Navigation is decent. The text maintains a two-column format and appeared to be free of errors. There are a number of stock black and white images. Presentation is decent.
The differences between this and the original version of the supplement seem to be basically how it’s laid out, which means the difference between it and the material in GM’s Miscellany: Urban Dressing II is the same. There is no value in this to anyone who has either the original or the compilation; it is useful for those lacking either. Urban Dressing: Borderland Town 2.0 (P1) can be found by clicking here.
