The Vaults of Luerian by Joseph Mohr is a role playing game supplement published by Old School Role Playing for use with Cepheus Engine. As such, it is covered by the Open Game License and some parts are considered to be Open Game Content as a result.
The supplement is available as a 32 page Pay What You Want PDF from DriveThruRPG. Two pages are the front and rear covers, three the front matter and three the Open Game License.
The opening paragraphs explain that Luerian Prime has long been the primary banking and financial centre of the Sonora sector – the adventure is set in the Frontiers of Space – and various forms of hard metals and precious stones are stored on the planet. The planet is well protected against robberies, which hasn’t stopped attempts, and the characters are hired to do a heist on some precious stones that aren’t going to be in a vault.

The Vaults of Luerian in Review
The PDF lacks bookmarks and is long enough with enough different sections that these would have been useful. Navigation could be better. The text maintains a single column format and some minor errors were noticed. Bar the map and covers, there are no illustrations. Presentation is okay.
As is quite common, there are more NPC stats than are really needed. Most of the NPCs would suffice with just two or three stat blocks rather than multiple separate ones. This is also a job that the characters would be best off not doing. The employer is a backstabber, there are plenty of other hazards and even success might result in problems. The payoff may be large, but there are so many potential problems for the characters. The Vaults of Luerian can be found by clicking here.
