Gregorius21778: Weird Contaminated World Surplus Output 2019 is a role playing game supplement written and published by Kai Pütz a.k.a Gregorius21778 for use with Mutant Future. As such, it is covered by the Open Game License and some parts are considered to be Open Game Content as a result.
The supplement is available as an eight-page PDF from DriveThruRPG for $0.50 but was bought at a reduced price during a special offer. It is also available for free in the Weird Contaminated World bundle. One page is the front cover, about half a page the front matter and one the Open Game License.
The opening paragraph explains that the content within comes from a number of different blog posts either compatible with or aimed at Mutant Future.
12 Encounter for the Ruins of a Blasted City is, as it says, 12 encounters characters could have in a ruined city. There are a number of references to monsters and items from the Mutant Future book.
What kind of flesh is this meat…? is a d20 table for identifying meat.
Pre-Apocalyptic “Weapons” is a d12 table of things that characters, and others, might believe are weapons, but are in fact everyday objects.
Optional Hit Point Rules is, as it says, optional rules, ones which have starting characters have fewer hit points and robots need to heal with parts.
The C.A.R.S.U. has stats and details for a huge repair robot, the Commercial Autonomous Repair Service Unit.
Potential Loot is a d100 table of loot.

Gregorius21778: Weird Contaminated World Surplus Output 2019 in Review
The PDF lacks bookmarks and, though short, has enough different sections that these would have been useful. Navigation could be better. The text maintains a two-column format and a number of minor errors were noticed. There are a few black and white stock images. Presentation is okay.
This is a mixture of different resources that can be used for a Mutant Future game, though a few things could be used in others. There is no real theme, beyond post-apocalyptic world, for the collection, but this is as expected for what is a collection of blog posts.
