Gregorius’ Notes: On the Irradiated, Mutated, Post-Apocalyptic OSR Year 2018 is a role playing game supplement written and published by Kai Pütz a.k.a Gregorius21778 for use with Mutant Future. As such, it is covered by the Open Game License and some parts are considered to be Open Game Content as a result.
The supplement is available as a 20-page PDF from DriveThruRPG although it was purchased at a reduced price during a sale. One page is the front cover, half a page is the front matter, one the Table of Contents and one the Open Game License. The PDF comes in two versions, one of which dispenses with the colour background for easier printing.
The opening paragraphs explain that the supplement contains material written for the author’s blog during 2018.
12 Encounters along an old Highway has a number of potentially interesting, or dangerous, encounters to be had, some quite substantial.
12 Finds for an abandoned Fire Station has what it says, which includes some new items.
12 Finds for an abandoned Repair Shop which says that it should be Hover Car repair shop has, as it says, 12 things to find.
12 Offers at the Mutant Village has goods and services that characters could find for sale.
Mutant NPC: Old Man Leafs is a tree humanoid who the characters can interact with. He can be helpful or unfriendly, though generally not hostile, and there are Twelve Tasks of Old Man Leafs, which are essentially adventure hooks.
Mutant NPC: Those from Below is a small group of NPCs that characters could encounter. These appear to have later been repurposed for Lamentations of the Flame Princess and used in Pilgrimage of Hunger.
Eight Forms to Morph into provides eight forms for the metamorph mutation.
The Six Bites of a Rat has optional rules to replace the lethal disease that ordinary rats can inflict.
Gray Ravage: a Mutagenic Virus is a bio weapon that can be encountered. The effects of the virus are given, including mutations, and a new creature, Gray Ravager, formed by the virus.
Those Damn Morlocks is a small Mutant Future dungeon crawl, though one that can prove deadly if characters are not careful; they can get overwhelmed by numbers.

The PDF lacks bookmarks and is long enough that these would have been useful. The Table of Contents is, however, very thoroughly hyperlinked. Navigation is okay. The text maintains a two-column format and some minor errors were noticed. There are some stock black and white and colour illustrations. Presentation is okay.
This is a varied collection of different material for Mutant Future. It’s probably worth the price for the adventure alone. Some of the tables are short, whilst others have some extensive encounters. A host of different adventure and encounter ideas can be harvested from the supplement.
