Dungeon Dressing: Thrones 2.0 (P1) by Greg Marks is a role playing game supplement published by Raging Swan Press for use with the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game. As such, it is covered by the Open Game License and some parts are considered to be Open Game Content as a result.
The supplement is available as a 12-page PDF from DriveThruRPG for $3.75 but was purchased at a reduced price as part of a special bundle. Two pages are the front and rear covers, two are ads, one the front matter and Contents and one the Open Game License. The PDF comes in two versions, one intended for print and high-end devices, one intended for low-end and mobile.
Thrones has some suggestions when it comes to placing traps on or near thrones.
Major Throne Features is a d100 table with 37 results of major features for thrones.
Minor Throne Features & Dressing is a similar d100 table with more minor details and 81 results.
Thrones Tricks & Traps has three traps suitable for thrones.
Dungeon Dressing: Thrones 2.0 (P1) in Review
The PDF is bookmarked with the major sections and subsections linked. The Contents is to a similar level of depth and is hyperlinked. Navigation is good. The text maintains a two-column format and appeared to be free of errors. There are some black and white stock illustrations, up to full page in size. Presentation is decent.
This is another revamp of an earlier supplement, and those who have either the original or GM’s Miscellany: Dungeon Dressing will find no new material here. In fact, they will find slightly less, as the Thrones section has less content than it does in the original. The two included tables are for all intents and purposes system neutral, though the tricks and traps are not. Dungeon Dressing: Thrones 2.0 (P1) is one of the poorer revamps and it can be found by clicking here.
