#1 With a Bullet Point: 4 Death Mage Feats by Owen K.C. Stephens is a role playing game supplement published by Rogue Genius Games (originally Super Genius Games) for use with the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game. As such, it is covered by the Open Game License and some parts are considered to be Open Game Content as a result.
The supplement is available as a three-page PDF from DriveThruRPG for $1 but was purchased at a reduced price as part of a bundle. One page is the Open Game License and credits.
The first page has some standard text for the #1 With a Bullet Point range explaining the philosophy and what the supplements contain.
The High Concept explains that this intends to augment the options of death mages, from The Genius Guide to the Death Mage, giving alternatives to that class if they are not used in a campaign.
Deathless Vigor allows the highest-level necromantic spell that can be cast to be added to negative hit point total, and the user is only disabled, not unconscious, at the relevant point.
Revenant creates an undead body to carry out the bidding when dead or near death,
Student of the Dead allows the spells prepared for the day to be changed after spending 15 minutes with a recent corpse.
Vampiric Spell allows certain spells to be changed to add temporary hit points to the caster.

The PDF lacks bookmarks and at this length doesn’t need them. Navigation is fine. The text maintains the old three-column landscape format used by Super Genius Games and appeared to be free of errors. There are a few pieces of black and white stock art. Presentation is okay.
Though this will naturally work best with death mages, the feats can still be used with other appropriate class options, meaning it is more useful than it might be.
